Ingredients (for 2)
150ml coconut milk
100ml water
60gr oats
Topping
1 tbsp maple or agave syrup
1 tsp fresh vanilla
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp soaked chia seeds (also use the water-gel)
4 figs
Method
In a small pan, heat your milk and mix it with fresh vanilla. Soak your oats in hot water and in about 3 minutes, when the mixture will start to look like pudding, add the warm milk with the vanilla. In the end add the maple syrup, the soaked chia seeds with their gel, and the cinnamon and serve along with the cut figs as topping.
