How consultations/sessions work

When you are ready, email me with your request for choice of plan. Connect via Skype/Zoom video link, depending on your preference, at the appointed time.

Skype/Zoom session terms and conditions

Payment for the session is via Paypal either in full, 48 hours before the session, or 50% of the full value of your chosen plan 5 days prior to the date of your booked session-please notify me via email when payment has been made-thank you.

• In case of cancellation or rebooking  within less than 24 hours before the scheduled date, 30% of the plan value  is withheld and the next appointment will be made on the first available opportunity.
• In case of a weak internet signal/or poor connection, the skype/zoom session will continue by phone at the booked time

Missed appointments: If a client is not present at the prearranged time without informing us we are unable to rebook the appointment or make a refund.

Please note that the information/support during your session is for personal use only. The same applies to any written nutritional advice and support.

It is advisable that any available medical examination results (diagnosis, blood tests etc) are also made available to us and maybe requested where applicable. We guarantee your personal information is kept private and will never be shared with any third party.
