Raw spring rolls

Have you ever felt that your regular meal does not entice you visually, that you are tired of it and that it automatically reduces your appetite for it? Since in a plant-based diet we eat a lot of salads for gut microbiome and immune system support, if you do not experiment with changes and ingredients and constantly eat the same, apart from the fact that you have a limited variety of vegetables in your diet, you can’t enjoy it as you ‘d like.

A pleasant way to eat vegetables alternatively is raw spring rolls and you can make them super easily!

Ingredients
1-2 cucumbers
1-2 carrots
1/2 avocado
1 spring onion
some sprouts
1 tsp black sesame or other seeds

Method
Cut very thin slices of cucumber lengthwise to use as a wrap for the rolls. For the filling, cut cucumber, avocado and carrot into sticks and finely chop your spring onion. Wrap the sticks and onion in rolls, add a few sprouts, black sesame or other seeds in each one, sprinkle if you want with salt or vinegar and enjoy!
